Have you tried the PAC Roster Keeper for your year and model? May have info on prior owners if they were PAC members. Go to the Home Page of this Site, select "Roster Keepers" from the main menu on the left side then download the PDF to find the appropriate Roster Keepers contact info.

Or another possibility. Go back to the main menu and click on "Club Info" left side of screen, then scroll down to President and click on "President" or whoever to open up an email link. Whether they'll respond to a non-member is another matter altogether.
