One can differentiate a 120 vs. 115c fender is by the width of the back end of the fender where the runningboard attaches.

been there, done that, scars to prove it. Not an easy or fun job to reassemble this grille - rechroming embrittles the metal, and unless the chromer taped off the ends, likely thicker than the top/bottom slots. Best to fit, drill and pin then clear silicone to deal with rattle. no one will know but ...

My experience with multiple 37-120's is you do not need a kit. Can be done by hand with a few tricks I'd be happy to share. Going to Hershey? see me there, or i have the 3 pcs of dash ready to go.
