There is no commercially available top/pattern. You will have to find a talented shop to make one.

Not an easy or fun job to reassemble this grille - rechroming embrittles the metal, and unless the chromer taped off the ends, likely thicker than the top/bottom slots. My experience with multiple 37-120's is you do not need a kit. Can be done by hand with a few tricks I'd be happy to share. Going to Hershey? see me there, or i have the 3 pcs of dash ready to go.
