Dave attached is the tag. Best I can do for the pic but the bottom states Packard Ontario Motor Co Ltd Toronto ONT CAN.

I can't confirm it was sold there but the tag is exactly like the one you show here from Winsor. I will take a pic of the tag and post it. So if it was made in Canada would they have shipped it back to proving grounds or was this test done in Canada at another test sight?

I know I saw a post here somewhere that talked about the drivers who test drove all the twelves. I have to believe that the AP # 876 would be the identity of the driver?
