Need some help !!! I am removing the drive pully from the generator on my 53 patrician.
is it pressed on or threaded on ?? don't want to break anything.

Guidance Needed: While removing the head from my 1953 Patrician, some of the studs came out with the nut frozen to them. soooo I am going to replace all the studs, nuts, and washers. the question is, should I run a tap in the block holes berfore putting in the new studs?? and if so is a special tap ...

hello fellow Packard people I am trying to remove the head from my 1953 patrician with little luck. all the nuts are off, and 7 of the studs came out with the nuts. I tried cranking the engine with the plugs in, but not enough compression to pop the head. will it be ok to use a chisel to wedge betwe...
