Thanks Dave. I e already contacted him as he comes to the Carlisle, PA car shows and I live right in Carlisle. I also offered if he needed anything while here, I would try to help. It drives great. Need to get the wipers working for PA inspection once I take possession. And I'll be driving it allot once I have it and it's registered. I am retired and have been helping a guy out at a local body shop and I'll be doing the work there as I have time. But believe me, I will be enjo...

I've posted in the Projects section but wanted to post here too. I recently put a down payment on a 1952 Packard and hope to have it paid off by October (or sooner). It is a great running car and needs some body work for rust. Also, the guy is looking for the fender skirts but I may be needing those...

So if mines considered a 1952 it wouldn't have the Clipper term or any Clipper type moldings, right?

Body panels - 1952 200 Touring

I was curious if body panels are available to repair rust or does everything need to be fabricated? I would like to cut out the rust and weld in new metal panels. The rust is mostly in the lower front fender, rear quarter panels and some along the rocker panels. Also I need to find fender skirts.

Thanks. I didn't realize it was a Clipper. I thought is was just a Model 200 Touring 4 door 6 passenger.

Welcome. I'm a recent Packard purchaser too. I see PA plates on the car. I'm in Carlisle, PA. Maybe I'll see you at one of the swap meet shows during the summer.
