I have a 1940 Custom "180" touring sedan that runs perfectly at lower RPM's but has a significant miss at higher RPM's, i.e., speeds above 40 mph. Does "everything" include the electrical, transmission, drive shaft, and indicator switch on the dash? I've already had the car wired for overdrive.

1940 Custom "180" high speed gears

My 1940 Custom "180" was a city car, so the original owners ordered it without overdrive. Does anyone know a source for high speed ring and pinion gears for this model? Alternatively, what is a good source for everything that would be needed to add overdrive? Thanks!
