Model choices, opinions

I am looking to buy another car and am between a few options. I like the looks of the 35-37 120s coupes, but the prices are in the 40k range and you start getting into the senior car prices. Re: Front end rebuild 40 110

I am also interested in this. I would assume you could make a fixture based of some point of the lower control arm to the existing mountings and just install new ones the same way. I d not have any info on the tool but have heard it is different than previous models as the mount and the bushings are...

Re: 1938 6 cylinder engine question

This engine is not bad to work on in car if there is no machining necessary. I would pull the valve covers and check for a stuck valve. After that if you need to pull the head and pan it is not a bad job.

40 110 clutch question

Two questions for the experts here. How do you recommend to block up the engine to remove transmission in car? I ask because I may need to replace the clutch in my car. It is jumpy at times, but not always and its usually at the very end of the pedal stroke. I can control it and minimize it with som...

Re: Cant find source of tapping sound

I re did a running valve adjustment to the factory .007 intake .010 exhaust. Seems much better. I must of been careless when I did it Saturday. Thanks for all of your help on this Dave, it has been crucial to this repair.

Re: Cant find source of tapping sound
