Max Amps a radio can take?

I needing to now what the max amps that the radio can take or what size of fuse to put in. I have converted the car to 12 volt and will be using a voltage reducer. Just need to know what size of fuse would be best to be safe?!

Oil pan, drain pug.

I'm in need of the torque specs for the oil pan and oil drain plug. And the torque sequence for the pan for my 51 Packard 300. Any help is greatly appreciated!

On the Horn the insulated washer looks fine. On the black and white image of the wire where is that located. Is it on the steering column?

Radiators

I learned today that the core in my radiator for my 51 Packard 300 is bad. Ths shop said it would be 850.00 to replace it. I am just wonder if anybody knows of a good aftermarket radiator that would work. I was also asked to add a picture of the car not sure how to do that on here since picture file...
