Re: Hood Side Grille Vents -1937
Flackmaster, do you have a new set of hood side grille vents for my 37' 120C? If so how much?
I enjoyed meeting and talking with you at Hershey and really like the new door sill plates - they look great.
Thanks
Dwight

Hood Side Grille Vents -1937
I need a set of hood side grille vents for my 1937 120C. I recall seeing a new set a year or so ago but cannot find remember/the source. Does anyone know a supplier? My old are broken in many places and can't be repaired and re-chromed. My memory says they were $1200/set.
Thanks
Dwight
Thanks

Brass Plate - Dietrich
On the passenger side, lower front of my 1937 Packard 120C four door convertible is a brass plate with the inscription Dietrich Detroit - see photo. What is the significance of this tag?

Re: 1937 120C Grill reassemble
I have the same issue - I recently chromed the grill on my '37 120c, and noticed that when they disassembled the grill that the tops on a few of the tabs were broken making it difficult to bend the remaining/shorter tab. While I have not yet reassembled my grill I plan to drill a hole in what remain...

Re: Convertible top
Bill Hirsch does not have a pattern for a four door - has material only.

Convertible top
I have a 1937 Packard 120c FOUR door convertible and need a new top - I am located in Chester County PA, can anyone recommend an upholster or a source that makes convertible tops? Kanter is no longer a source.

Re: Woodgraining
Thanks for the response - I checked with GIT and if I do the prep work and prime and the final clear coat they will woodgrain for $800, my three pieces of dash and four window moldings (convertible). I think I will get a kit and do myself.

Re: Luggage Rack SS Trim Pieces
The trunk rack pieces are SS. I buffed them but one was was in pretty bad shape. I tried to take out the dents, etc but it still looked bad. I took them along with 112 other pieces to get them chromed ($18,920). Because you cannot chrome SS they would have to first be coated with copper - to fix one...
