Hello - Thank you for your post.

What is the vehicle number for your car? It would be located on the metal plate, about 4-inches square, located on the firewall under the hood (bonnet) of the car.

I've not seen one like this before, but (no doubt) Packard headquarters sent copies out to the dealerships in the early 1950s.

Underground, secured, parking at the Westin is = FREE = to registered guests of the hotel, as long as they are also registered for the PAC National Meet. And, the rate of $129. per night is a Bargain.
