Are you running a 6V or 12V coil? Since you are obviously getting fuel and air, then its a spark issue - and I don't believe a 12v coil will "generate" enough spark with a 6V battery?? There are really only 2 options - referred to a V-Cell and Horizontal fin (honeycomb is cost prohibitive). Pro's and cons to both will be explained by your radiator shop. John - I don't believe it is any closely guarded government secret - Rick Sladen's current project is a 115c Sedan Delivery. Rick does amazing work - very quiet guy - totally talented - does EVERYTHING himself. His car in primer looks better than most professional jobs...And now back to the 22/23rd ...

yes, this can definitely be replaced without removing the nose. Google 1938 Packard Restoration and you can see it done online from the DIY network.
