This body style was used from 1952 - 57, but that doesnt mean it will be easy to find parts. Most of its there so i hope i dont need to find anything special...... Cant wait to put my 374 in it, i have been looking for something to put it in.

the AC unit is not shown in the pictures but it is fairly low in the engine bay. I will take more picture of it when I get it home from South Carolina. Its a nice car for the price and I think I'm going to paint it two tone white and coral when its said and done with.

Thank you all for the comments! I appreciate them greatfully. The project isnt quite done yet, I still plan on instauling a fish carburator, and little things like the headliner and sound insulation need attension.

Finnaly finished, chrome is on. Took it for a cruise this morning, going to start driving it everyday after next Thursday

All done with painting, time to buff & put the chome on. The dark Ultramarine metallic was a little touchy but it turned out good.

Its been awhile but I'm finally painting her. Decided to go 2 tone Zircon & Ultramarine Blue. Not done yet but everything that's grey in the pictures will be dark blue by tonight.

Yep, its gonna take a bit to adapt it. Found a adapter plat that may work, probably going to install it in the summer when I have the time. Thanks for the article, never seen that one.... "20 percent better gas mileage and 30% more horsepower", I don't believe it, but might just have to find out

Just found one on an old car, did some researching and found it unique. It is a "vapor" carburetor that has a specific metering system, I've seen one on an old tractor before but never on a car. It has the proper CFM and Thought it would be neat to give it a try.

Update: New Spark plug cables, converted it over to negative ground, also replaced the old radio with an 8 track player. Its coming along, gonna have it painted in the next week or two. Another thing, has anyone ever used a FISH carburetor on a Packard V8, I found a 1.75' bore and I'm thinking about...
