If Max doesn't have one, take your old belt to NAPA, if you can, and should be able to match it exactly includinv the wide width we deal with.....

Hello. Just for the heck of it I checked ebay and there is one listed for sale at $475....if you want to check it out, type packard roof antennae in the main search box.....it looks to be the correct one. Good luck.

My suggestion would be to try Kanter or Max Merritt.......you might get lucky on ebay as well.

Regarding paint codes, I am pretty sure that the paint and trim codes did not appear on the data plates until the late 1940's.
