Where's My 41 Packard 110 Transmission Fill/Ck?

i can not find the fill or level check outlets for my transmission. Can you tell me where they might be?

They are both located on the right side of the trans. The drain plug is lower front right and the fill plug middle rear right. I'd post a pic but am having difficulty doing so. Instead have a look at pic's 33, 34, 35 & 36 in this Picasa Album http://picasaweb.google.com/ozstatman/W ... kshopFeb09#

Here's a picture from the owner's manual which should answer your query. If you are serious about keeping and servicing your car, might I suggest you buy a reprint of the owner's manual, it has a fair amount of technical/service information in it.

Thanks Guys! I am serious about keeping this great car for a long, long time. Any suggestions on where i can buy that service manual for my 1941 Packard 110?

Sure, you can buy the owners manual, shop manual and parts manuals from most any of the larger national Packard vendors like Kanter Bros or Max Merritt, you'll find contact information for them on the main website you used to enter this forum. But perhaps it would be easier to just use the Internet Store on the main website and buy them directly from the club, I didn't actually check to make sure that all 3 are there, but I'm pretty confident they are.
