Really... a 1.25 in dragon plug?!

My first time to change oil on my 37 super eight... what a mess! The standard enclosed oil catch pan with the little
625 drain hole was no match for the drain plug on a Packard!

Rest assured, you're not the first person to make the mistake and not use an open drain pan.

Before you refill you might think about dropping the oil pump cover plate and cleaning the pump intake screen. Easy gasket to make if you don't have one.

We have all done it, 2 gallons in 2 seconds. It is always a learning experience with a Packard.
