Model identification

I'm trying to identify this radiator and surround. My picture files are too large for this format so it says.

Hi - You will have to re-size the photo using PhotoShop (or some such program).

As a suggestion: I use Microsoft Paint for photo size reduction. If you have the Windows operating system on your computer you probably already have it. Open the photo in Paint, click on "resize" and you can deal with percentages from there.
