Yes, this looks like a beautifully maintained 1930 Series 403 or 404 (I can't tell which one but I could always be way off too) Standard Eight Sedan if my eyes do not deceive me too much. This is a lovely car and worthy of the pride that Ed has apparently shown it over the years. The tri-color paint job is beautiful on it. I am about that color now with envy. WOW!

Thanks for sharing this gem and I, like many others here would love to hear the story and see some more pictures on this fine old Packard.

What a beautiful old car!

My favourite era too. I wish my 533 was in that condition.

How about telling us a little of how you acquired the car. Do you have any of it`s history? Have you done much work on it?

An attempt to lighten the shadows a bit on Ed's first picture. I just love the color scheme.
