Re: Smokey Mountain Tours - Asheville NC area
If they took delivery from Freeport, Illinois, it would appear that Henney may have been the coachbuilder of the 1941 12 passenger Packard version.

JD, I think I should have bought the book on Henney. I do have the PCS articles on the 53/54 LWB cars and the postwar ambulances, but no mention of vehicles like these. If the Henney archives have survived, do you know where they are located?

Greetings, Please see the message below from Steve. Feel free to help us spread the word. We continue to seek photos and information on the Smoky Mountain Tours Company, it's vehicles and history.
Thanks Jerry Ashley- West Jefferson NC
If anyone is interested my brother Bob and I have launched a Smoky Mountain Tours Company Facebook page. Most everything we have now and anything we get in the future will show up here. We figure the more the name gets out the more info we will have coming back in. Eventually we hope to have a few former passengers and employees family's show up with their stories and pictures. We are already up to 19 members including two Priedeman's and a former mechanics wife! If you have an interest feel free to join in! Steve and Bob Bryson
