Ed Franko
Ed Franko passed away on Saturday. Calling hours will be on Wednesday, 4-6 pm, at the Willard H. Scott Funeral Home, 12 South Avenue, Webster, New York 14580. (585)-265-3640. The funeral will be in Pennsylvania at 1 pm on Friday. Ed was a long-time PAC Trustee, and was Chief Judge from 1996-2012. He leaves behind his wife Bonnie.

My most sincere condolences to Bonnie. I have been a guest at their home. Ed was one of the Packard stalwarts.
