1928 1/2 Size Packard "One of a Kind"
I have a 1928 1/2 scale Packard. I was told by the previous owner that it was made to commemorate the Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus 50th Anniversary in 1928, but there is no documentation of that. I was also told that it is a 'one of a kind" when I bought it 13 years ago from a local, 95 year-old fellow that kept it in his living room. It was running very well two years ago when I put it in storage. Seems to still be in great condition. It has always been kept indoors. Anyone ever heard of one-off Packards? What is the best way to sell such an item? The car is in Aubrey, Texas

This is very unusual. If you would email me a picture of the car I would be glad to post it for you.

The Barnum & Baily Circus was more than 50 years old in 1928.
The Ringling Bros. & Barnum & Baily circus was less than 50 years old in 1928.
The car in question has several newer items on it than 1928.
I really think you need to nail down some documented history before you can sell it as a RB & BB artifact.
