Prior issue of Packard Cormorant

Post by Pipper » Sat May 15, 2021 11:39 am

I'm a new member of the Club and I have a question. I'm an historian and I'm currently writing a book on the history of the Kootenay Lake Ferry Service from 1921 until 2020. Kootenay Lake is located in the southeast corner of British Columbia, Canada. I recently came across some photographs of the Official Lincoln Highway Packard, a few of which were taken at the Kootenay Lake ferry landing of Kuskanook, in 1924. Evidently, this all-Canadian tour was from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Victoria, British Columbia. I would very much like to learn more about this trip, the car and the route taken. I noticed from your website that an article was written about the trek in the Packard Cormorant, First Quarter, 2013, #150, Page 2. The article was written by Jeff Pachl.

I was wondering if someone could advise me about how to locate a copy of this article.

Thank you.

Best Regards,
