PAC is dedicated to the preservation or authentic restoration and use of Packards; if you must consider non-stock modifications, here's the place.

I have wanted to do P2P for a long time (and will!) and always wondered what it would take to make a Packard good enough to run the rally. Realistically I would use a 1937-1941 GM car, most likely a Buick Special. Always thought a 1929-1932 Packard sedan would be fun though :D

Tempting thought, but IMO far :D too valuable a car to modify and use (abuse) for such a venture. Didn't a 1954 Packard do that or a similar endurance run a few years ago?
