The 34th (?) annual North Jersey Auto Show was held yesterday, May 16th, jointly sponsored by the Restored Rusty Relics (an unaffiliated local club) and the Upper Saddle River Fire Department. We drew about 450 cars and 200 flea market vendor spaces. Over the years this show has donated more than $130,000 to local charities. Thought you might enjoy a few pictures; an aerial overview, the Packard "corner", and Joe Barnes with his (first time out) mostly original and very fine 1933 Super Eight Club Sedan. There were about a dozen Packards in attendance, from the left a 1948 Custom 8 sedan, 1950 Eight sedan, 1934 Eight (mine), 1941 180 with A/C, 1954 Cavalier, 1937 110, 1933 Super 8, and a 1936 120. Among those not pictured was a 1953 Caribbean and a 1938 Eight sedan. Joe Barnes received the "President's Award" from yours truly.
