Super eight engine assembly

I need a recommendation. I have a '36 1401 2/4 coupe that I need to finish for my late Father-in-Law. The engine was disassembled for overhaul before he passed and the person that was to do the work is no longer available. I would like to find a shop or person capable of putting this motor back together. I have all the parts and pieces. The West coast would be preferable, but I will look at all options. Any thoughts and ideas would be very helpful.

Pat you might note that a 1401 is an Eight, not a Super Eight.
