1938 Su8 Coupe Roadster Running Boards

Post by occaswright » Mon Sep 22, 2014 8:54 am

I have a pair of '38 Su8 Coupe roadster running boards in good shape (no rust out) that need some metal work on the edges and addition of the correct rubber. I'd appreciate any recommendations for having this work done. The car is being fully restored, and the rubber and metal work need to be correct. Thank you in advance, Glenn Hamilton, Dayton, OH

The "go-to" guy for running boards is Henley Acuff. I think you'll have to have the body work done on them first, though.

There is also a very good running board guy in Canada. I'll try and get his contact information for you.

Here is a link to the man in Canada. His stuff is FIRST RATE, also.
