11th series paint/chrome question

I have a question about the 11th series paint/chrome combinations. Looking at the 11th series brochures, it looks like most of the Eight and Super Eight models came with a chrome radiator shell and body-color painted radiator louvers, while some of the models have the opposite -- painted shell and chrome louvers. On the other hand, the Twelve brochure seems to be different: Most of the models are presented as having a body-color radiator shell but chrome radiator louvers, and some have body-color painted shell but painted radiator louvers (either body color or some other color). I'm curious to know if that was how the factory produced them, or if that mix was just creative license of the artists who did the catalog. Anyone know (Dave)?

I forget just where I've seen this spelled out, perhaps in Turnquist's book or the 1934 Packard Salesman's Data book. Unless otherwise specified, the standard treatment was:

Eight: Chrome-plated shell, shutters body color.
Super Eight: Chrome-plated shell and shutters.
Twelve: Chrome-plated shutters, shell painted body color.

For an extra cost option you could have whichever combination you wished. I believe the cost was an additional $25.
