Does anyone know of a resource for SS luggage rack trim pieces (5) for a 37 120C?
Thanks

I have not found a resource for the Packard SS trunk rack pieces but I did find four pieces of SS trim at Carlisle a couple of weeks ago that will work perfectly.

Those might not be stainless. Originals for prior years were cast in brass, and chrome plated. Check with Max Merritt he had new ones for earlier luggage racks but they were $ 1,200 for the 5 pieces.

The trunk rack pieces are SS. I buffed them but one was was in pretty bad shape. I tried to take out the dents, etc but it still looked bad. I took them along with 112 other pieces to get them chromed ($18,920). Because you cannot chrome SS they would have to first be coated with copper - to fix one piece required that all five pieces be chromed - the cost would have been $665 - I said no, and the next day picked up four nearly exact SS pieces for $20 - no dents or scratches that can easily be buffed. It made the trip to Carlisle worth it.
