1936-37 Fender
1936-37 Fender
I have been told that a fender that I have could be for a 1935-36 120, a 1937 115 or a 1937 120. How do I determine which it is?

Lacking a response from someone who has previously been thru this exercise, one approach would be to use the Packard parts list and make a list of which years and models of those of interest used the same fender (same part number). Then contact club members in your area who have those vehicles, bring a tape measure, and compare measurements to those you've taken from the fender in question.

We need some more information to pin down what models and years the fender may fit. Is it a front or rear fender, is it left or right side? If it's a front fender, does it have the well for a side-mounted spare tire or is it without the well? Right off the bat if it's a front with a well it won't fit a 115 and 115s use different front fenders from the 120s. This is according to the 1935-41 Parts List; the fenders are listed starting on page 172.

I have a 37 115 that's out in the shop. I can take measurements/photos if you like.
