Sorry, I should have mentioned that. 49 Deluxe, 2362. From what I have found, rear are one inch and front is either 1-1/16 or 1-1/18 inch. I was hoping for confirmation.
Thanks for your help.

OK, 2362 denotes a 1949-1950 Eight (the 1949 cars were carried over unchanged except for the vehicle number into 1950) 4-door sedan. The more important number for rmechanical parts is the chassis # on which the body is mounted, which in your case is 2301.

My old Wagner-Lockheed catalog gives the following original part numbers for the wheel cylinders for the 2301. Bore in the front is 1-1/16, in the rear is 15/16.

Front left: FD 2754
Front right: FD 2755
Rear left: FD 2863
Rear right: FD 2864

Thanks for the info. I'm trying to see if I can source these here north of the border. Nobody seems to be able to find the Wagner numbers, so I'm going to try by picture and bore size. Thanks again.

For the rear wheel cylinders you might try NAPA 9025 and 9026. If you're willing to buy from the US, I'm sure Kanter Bros. and/or Max Merritt have them, fronts and backs. Other options are to rebuild yours if they are not too pitted or worn, or having them sleeved if they are. But generally I suspect buying new ones is cheaper than sleeving.

Thanks for the rear numbers. Do you happen to have the front?

Hello all. I have two more numbers for front wheel cylinders. I got these and have them installed - no issues.
Wagner numbers.
Front Left WC14493 box also showed F14493
Front Rt WC14494 box also showed F14494

Hope this may be a help to someone else down the road.

Edit: Just to reiterate what car I was posting about, these numbers here and immediately above post are for a 49 Deluxe, 288 engine, 2301/2362

I am new both as a Packard owner and member of the forum
An existing thread has given some excellent information on Wheel Cylinders and Master Cylinders
What was listed indicated it was for a 1949
I have a
1950 Super 8 4 door sedan, VIN H410334 and a data plate with 2382 - 5 - 7545
Will these parts fit?

NAPA numbers
Fnt left 7536
Fnt rt 7537
R left 9025
RR 9026
Everbody knows the two rear number. Here are also the Carquest numbers crossed from the NAPA numbers.

Thanks for helping the new guy

There are several different wheel cylinders used for the various models of the 22nd and 23rd series Packards so there is not a complete interchange of wheel cylinders between all models. Your 2382 is chassis 2302 and it shares wheel cylinders (same Packard part numbers) with the following other 48-50 Packard chassis;

RF: 2202, 2222, 2211, 2232, 2301, 2332
RR: 2202, 2202, 2206, 2232, 2233, 2302, 2306, 2332, 2333
LF: 2202, 2202, 2211, 2232, 2301, 2332
LR: 2201, 2202, 2206, 2211, 2220, 2222, 2232, 2232, 2240, 2301, 2306, 2332, 2333.

I see what you give as the vehicle number is actually a motor number. The true vehicle number is 2382-5-7545.

Thanks so much for the prompt reply and info. I shall print it and keep in a file.
Would you know by any chance that any of the NAPA numbers I enclosed match up with the Packard numbers?
Should NAPA, O'Reily or other source be able to convert Packard numbers to after market numbers?
Do you have a number for the Master Cylinder?
