2-36 by Merrimac

I was just looking back over some photos taken by others at the CCCA Grand Classic last April in Cape May NJ and ran across this photo of an almost all-original 2-36 with Merrimac coachwork and thought it was too nice a photo to leave unposted. A few years back the car did the Seattle to Pebble Beach tour without a hiccup. Sorry, I don't know who the photographer was but he certainly "had an eye" for composition.

Just reinforces my opinion that the early Straight Eight Packards are some of the most handsome cases ever made. They're stunning, even in gray

To me that is the epitome of a true vintage car. I wish it were mine!
