It all looks lovely. Are the rods new? or have they been trued and rebushed?

Did you find the crank and rods/pistons to be far out of balance?

Questions about the water pump. See your impeller is broken and that you have a new impeller. 1) How did the impeller break or get broken? 2) Where did the new impeller come from?
