1948 Deluxe Sedan

It is still being renovated. It is nothing rare or valuable. However, it is mine. I had wanted a Packard for years.

A fine-looking Packard, congratulations. Color appears to be Golden Green Metallic (paint code F).

It is. I hate the thought of sanding all off and spending a lot of my net on a new paint job but the nitrocellulose lacquer is shot.

Good Packard Morning...Many of us who have 22/23 series Packards just keep them waxed and spend our time getting all of the little things like clocks and radios and carburetors and distributors up to date and then driving and enjoying. For me the older paint speaks to the cars experiences, where it has been, what it has lived through and seen...and perhaps who has enjoyed them and loved them down through the years...ENJOY!
