Conditions of Use

Terms & Conditions:

1. When you confirm your order, a legally binding agreement between yourself and PackardĀ® Automobile Classics, Inc, The PackardĀ® Club is created. The terms are very simple: We are obligated to ship the products we described to you within a reasonable time period once payment has processed for them. You are obligated pay for the items using a VALID credit card.

We do not ship any items purchased until the credit-card payment clears and your order is posted to our database.

2. What guarantees do I get? We warrant that the item you receive will be the one that was described to you, in good condition and as described. Should you have complaints, we will work with you to resolve them. We have worked for many years to establish our good reputation and will not jeopardize it.

3. Please understand that changing your mind does not constitute grounds for complaint and you will pay the shipping costs associated with returning items (non-refundable). Do not return an item without receiving authorization and instructions from us in advance. If we agree to allow an item to be returned, and subsequently determine that it was without just cause, we may charge a restocking fee.

4. Order Cancellation requests must be done by clicking "Contact Us" above or by phone or Fax listed on that page. Email or Fax cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email, phone or Fax), and your order was NOT shipped, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation request was received after the order was shipped, upon return of the item(s), we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.

Items must be returned to us within 30 days or they will not be accepted. If returned items are damaged, either through shipping or customer handling, we will determine the cost of the damage and adjust the amount to be refunded accordingly. We will always be fair.

5. You acknowledge that you have read and accept this return policy as a term of this purchase agreement by placing your order with us. Be certain you insure any returned item if its value warrants it, otherwise you will be personally responsible for the damage.

6. We strive to ensure that our listings do not contain typographical errors. However, in the rare event that we do have an error, we are not obligated to sell at a price that was posted in error.

7. Some items we sell, e.g., Folding Chair, etc. were not designed or built by us. We disclaim any liability for damages or personal injury which may be incurred by our customers in using items they purchase from us.

Important - Please Read: We take credit card fraud very seriously and will co-operate with law enforcement agencies.

8. By submitting an order, you certify that you understand and accept the terms of this policy.
