Shipping (and Handling):

NOTE: WE ONLY SHIP ON MONDAYS, SO IT MAY TAKE BETWEEN 2 AND 9 DAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.

1. Shipping is via the US Postal Service Priority Mail and will be calculated automatically based upon a Postal Service flat-rate price for a Priority Mail Envelope or Box large enough to carry the order.

2. A modest handling fee is added to each order.

Returns:

1. All products sold on this website are covered by U.S. consumer laws and rights . Any warranties or limited warranties displayed on this site do not in any way affect your legal right under any consumer laws that may apply.

2. It is the policy of The PackardĀ® Club to give our customers the best possible service this medium will allow.

3. All sales will be dispatched as soon after receipt of your order is received. Delivery charges (if they apply) will be clearly stated.

4. Products purchased directly from The Packard Club are covered by a 30-day no-fuss full refund (less postage both ways) or exchange when returned (with advance permission) to us:

a. With "permission to return" code supplied by us,
b. with proof of purchase,
c. in the condition that it was received, and
d. in the original package.

5. Should you purchase an out-of-stock item you will be notified and given the option of an immediate full refund or accept the item as soon as stock is replaced.

NOTE: You must have prior authorization to receive a credit.

6. All product warranties will be honored as expressed by the manufacturer.

7. While the greatest care is taken to insure the accuracy of the description and presentation of all items, The PackardĀ® Club is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
